Here are the markets where you can find us, or someone who works for us, in 2015.
Dallas Area Markets
White Rock Local Market starting in April and going through December. Please check their site as the locations alternate each Saturday and there is no market on the 5th Saturday of a month (example; there was no market Aug 31, 2013). There is a great calendar on their site and no doubt it will be updating in 2014 as soon as all their information is confirmed. That handsome chap in the picture above is our son, Zachary, who also carries watermelons to cars.
Coppell Farmer's Market which runs every Saturday in season and every other Saturday in December, January and February.
Dallas Farmer's Market which runs year round, has undergone a massive renovation job and we will be in the lovely confines of Shed 1 there permanently. It is now a much smaller and more farmer friendly market to ensure that consumers are getting better value for their money.
Vickery Meadow Market in the parking lot of the Half Price Books & Records on NW Highway, just east of Greenville Ave. in Dallas. This market is also ran by the good folks from White Rock Local Market and runs every SUNDAY from 9am - 2pm.
McKinney Farmer's Market operates every Saturday morning in season and Thursday evenings
Denton Community Market is a great little market that runs every Saturday 9am - 1 pm from April to November at the Denton County Historical Park at Carroll Blvd. and Mulberry St. (317 W. Mulberry Street, Denton, TX 76201)
Waco, Texas
Waco Farmer's Market runs each year from May 31 to August 30 and has two great covered pavilions, tons of vendors and a great location in downtown Waco.
Tyler, Texas
We attend Rose City Market and The Tyler Farmers Market. It will be open every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 7-1 starting the first week in May.
These are also designated CSA pickup sites.
