Standard Beef Cuts & Hamburger Share
Our 1/2 a beef package, where we bring you a half-carcass from a premium calf, fed to order, be that grass or grain, your choice. We deliver you the finished product, frozen and shrink wrapped. After purchase, your cal' processing is scheduled. We will give you the slaughter date and will take approximately 21 days for delivery from that date.
You'll be needing a big freezer or a friend who wants to share.
The price shown may vary slightly, either higher or lower. We will deliver a ticket from the slaughter house with the actual weight and if you overpaid, we will refund the difference. If the calf was larger, we will let you know that difference as well.
All our beef is vacuum sealed to ensure the quality and your ability to store it longer if you so choose.
Our beef is antibiotic and hormone free. Our Angus and Brangus cattle are truly 100% natural. When it comes time to harvest them for meat, they are not treated harshly and are sent only to a USDA approved 'humane kill' facility. From that point, our beef is dry aged before being custom cut, processed and vacuum sealed packaged before being presented at market for our customers enjoyment.
And when it comes time for cooking, it depends on the cut. If its steaks, burgers or barbeque, our personal recommendation is to purchase a Big Green Egg Ceramic Cooker. If its a roast, then a Williams-Sonoma Cast Iron Dutch Oven is hard to beat. Tossing in some of our potatoes, onions and tomatoes into the mix wouldn't hurt your taste buds feelings either.
Done to perfection, a nice, robust Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz always adds to the experience and helps bring out the flavor. Bon Appetit!
